Susanne Swanson has been working on the side lines for the agency since 1980. Graduating from NMHS and WWU, her work background is in retail management. She was a Human Resource Manger for Wal-Mart until joining the agency full-time in 2001. She has also completed her degree in Travel and Tourism and has passed the Travel Agent Proficiency Test.  She also has a love for England and the Music & Entertainment Industry. Susanne is now working for Alaska Airlines.
